✓ Execute projects including all aspects of market research like: designing studies and analysis strategies, secondary research, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, moderation of in-depth interviews and focus groups, statistical analysis, charting, analysis and report-writing, preparation of presentation materials and presentations
✓ Lead and supervise teams to execute projects
✓ Provide expertise and internal consulting to other researchers and teams on all aspects of market research
Assistance in Business Development and Sales
✓ Develop quotations and proposals including any researching of information needed
✓ Lead meetings and discussions with clients including making pitching presentations
✓ Attend to client inquiries of a very high-level and technical nature
Internal Training and Development
✓ Provide training to other researchers through a structured training program including developing a set of course materials
✓ Develop and maintain an accessible knowledge management system which archives all knowledge bases and intellectual property developed by the company and all researchers
✓ Lead the drive for continuous improvement upon the knowledge and skills-sets of other researchers
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
✓ In-depth knowledge, practical expertise and experience in all aspects of market research
✓ At least 5 years of experience in market research including at least 3 years on agency-side
✓ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
✓ Expert in market research statistics and statistical analysis
✓ Experienced in use of common leading market research, statistical and analysis platforms and software
✓ Very good standard of English (both written and spoken)
✓ Very good communication skills at all levels, including presentations
